About Perfect Space

Perfect Space specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke furniture. The workshop is located in Bath and run by Cady and his excellent hand picked team of makers.

You may be looking for something modern, something fun or a classic design ,the joy of bespoke furniture is that there are no rules, every design and build is unique and made perfectly to fit you and your space.

You may have something really specific in mind or maybe you want to take a step back and let Perfect Space do the work. With over 20 years experience Cady and his team have extensive knowledge in working with natural materials resulting in exquisite, perfectly designed products, which last for years.

Our Values

Our wonderful team at Prefect Space are very lucky in that we are all doing what we love… carpentry is our passion. This means that we take care that each project is thought through and quality is never compromised. We understand that while furniture must be functional you also need to love it and it needs to fit comfortably into your space while looking fantastic.

We are constantly striving for a greener future. At Perfect Space we don’t like waste or needless use of fancy materials. We are mindful not to unnecessarily over engineer our designs. Our team are innovative and creative, while understanding that all parts of your project should be cherished. We know that it’s the small details that really add up to something special. You should get pleasure from the inside of your cupboard as much as the outside!

Considering The Environment

We feel passionately about working towards a greener sustainable future and constantly strive to make the right choices and do what we can as a business and as individuals.

We only use FSC and PEFC Approved timber.

The Perfect Space workshop in Oldfield park is central to the city and we encourage our staff to cycle, walk or use public transport to come in.

Our workshop is powered by renewable energy.

All our scrap timber is recycled and we only use recyclable packaging.

For site visits we use the electric car when we can.

Our work is built to last using natural materials whenever possible and for every project we donate a tree to the National Forest.

Cady's work is excellent, and he is a pleasure to have around. We worked together with Cady to design our bespoke kitchen exactly the way we wanted it, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Together we created a beautiful space and we love it. Can't recommend him highly enough!

We used Perfect Space Carpentry to build a bespoke fitted wardrobe for us. Cady drove over to Bristol from Bath twice at weekends to talk through options with us. We were offered a huge array of possible styles, layouts, materials, finishes, colours - anything was possible!
The install went smoothly and the finished wardrobes are stunning. We are extremely happy and would definitely recommend them - we will certainly use them again ourselves!

I have used Perfect Space Carpentry for numerous jobs including some unique one off designed and fitted bedroom cupboards for 2 rooms in our house and some bespoke oak shelving. They always go above and beyond the call of duty. Perfection in craftsmanship and quality. Really good value for the superior quality and finish. I would recommend without hesitation and what makes it even better is most of the work is done off site and is then just fitted on site, so the disruption is always minimal.
